I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. Own Buzios Beach Hotel
Our AC was broken but they got us into another rook quickly, the breakfast was great, downtown was right near the hotel and had so many options. The people at the hotel are so nice.
