"Stayed on May 11th and 12th. Only one elevator worked and room was on the 10th floor. Waited too long for elevator access. Left room on Tuesday, May 12th at 9am and returned after 6 pm. No housekeeping service was conducted on room, spoke to front desk who stated mustve been a slip up, but housekeeping was done for the day. Did not provide any assistance, ie: I can get you clean towels if you like. Due to rain, water was pooled in front of my room door in a puddle from Tuesday through Wednesday morning when I checked out. Was charge a higher rate for my stay that what I booked on Expedia."

"Parking was well lit. I was grossed out as we had seen a couple roaches in our bathroom. I told the front desk and they just said “sorry”. "

"I knew there was work being done, however it was far more intrusive than was communicated. The beds were not worth even trying to sleep in, after the first night I left and the owner of the unit declined any type of refund. Hotels.com did provide some relief and were great to work with."

"SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"We stay here every year and really like this location. I did ask the host for a new hair dryer as the two in the condo were both broken but it was never delivered as arranged. Overall not a big deal. The units are well stocked and maintained and we will be returning,"

"I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. When I contacted Expedia they listened to the manager even when I offered to go back and take pictures, saying “the manager says there is enough room”. After very long discussions, with 3 different people I was offered 24$ to be used on a following stay. Expedia said they have no possible way to return my payment. Since they have no control; their claim of being a travel assistance is invalid."
