"The location is amazing, and having free off-street parking in this location is particularly amazing. Easy walk to lots of cafes and restaurants and to Stanley Park. As others have noted, the property seems like it hasn't been updated in quite a while, so if that will bother you don't stay here. The upside is that it's quite affordable for the location. Plus it's nice to have what's essentially a one-bedroom apartment: separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen. No issues with cleanliness, the wifi worked, the bed was comfortable."

"Stayed the last few days of April, 2026 and really loved the view from the 23rd floor where we had access to the Pacific Club. The food and amenities in this club were excellent, and the staff so friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the alcoholic beverages are somewhat overpriced - a glass of wine is $19.00 for example; however, all food and nonalcoholic drinks were included."

"Love the thoughtful design of the hotel. The room was spacious and bright but also felt cozy. A heated bathroom is a wonder to step onto. The staff were all fabulous and I loved my stay."

"Fantastic location and wonderful staff! Overall we had a good stay at the Century Plaza hotel. The hotel room was a little older but clean. It had a kitchen, sink, oven, and full fridge. No desk in room. Giant tv and it had all the apps if you want to log into your account. Just remember to log out of your account because it looks like it does not reset. “Dan’s” Netflix account (previous guest) was still logged in. Don’t worry we logged him out. Fridge had some old spills in it that was not cleaned from previous guests. Cupboards and fridge are were a little older. But clean. Bathroom - Personally, I have a thing about bathrooms and the bathroom was a little older, a little in need of repair, and a little gross for me personally - compared to MY PERSONAL bathroom hotel standards. It was a clean bathroom …. just a little old, had some rust and mildew. I just don’t look too closely and I am ok. Pool area was in the basement, not heated, and no hot tub. The showers in the pool area had mildew and mold. But was well stocked with shower need and towels were clean. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot. I did not use the gym this visit but it looked great. Again it was in the basement. I have platinum EXPEDIA status but was not offered an upgrade at all. Parking is great. - if you have a car. A good hotel, and perfect location. I did not mind it because the main purpose was just to sleep in it. We were always out and about during the day. I would stay here again. :) "
