"The location is great and the room was magnificent. The trolley runs in front of the hotel which makes it easier to get around."

Rooms are disproporionate - big empty room No kitchen utensils- we had to ask for kettle to boil water. No toilet paper Full and dirty dustbin in hallway not removed or cleaned for the duration of my stay. I had to pay 200 liras for parking my car in parking lot opposite hotwl bwcause I had tk wait an houe and morw for hotwlparkjng to become available. Not recommended."

"Amazing staff at reception.. I went to my home team Bursaspor’s championship match in Bursa and I was greeted phenomenally. Everything I asked for helpfull staff provided.. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was also fantastic as there were a variety of options for breakfast including daily soup.. I really recommend this fabulous hotel.."
