"Very nice hotel. Extremely clean, seemed brand new. Breakfast was great and the room was very modern and comfortable. My only complaint is the overpriced parking. $45 per night is outrageous. Even for downtown Calgary. Nearby lots were cheaper. You would think a paying guest would be given a reasonable rate?"

The location was central and made it very walkable to explore downtown Calgary. Onsite parking was expensive, however. We were a bit surprised by the price of $40 per night to park. "Mine was a quick one night stay for a budiness meeting. The location was perfect being right in the heart of downtown. The staff made an otherwise typical business trip very memorable as they were all exceptional. From the front desk at check-in to the restaurant staff, they were amazing! My meeting was delayed one morning so I grabbed breakfast in the Hawthorn dining room. The food was really tasty and well presented in addition to the"

"Great hotel to stay at. Easy to get in and out of the city from this location. Had a great night and a relaxing morning. Called for the valet and left without a hitch. "

"I kept stubbing my toe on the lip between the floor and the carpet that surrounds the bed. The lip between the 2 is quite prominent. Staff and cleanliness was great. It was just weird the way they did the floor."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. I forgot an item in the room but the front desk were very helpful to make sure that I got my item at the airport safely so I don’t miss my flight. Was at the hotel for a conference. My stay was great. Good food and the comfort was👌"
