"Recently refurbished so that was nice . We thought all the staff were really friendly and professional to both humans and dogs . It was nice that the team at the hotel all pulled together , conversed with the guests and looked good in their uniforms. We have no qualms about saying Book ! you will love it - its a very welcoming place in the middle of the forest. "

"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. "This is my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was spotless. I really liked having a fridge in the room with fresh milk and water. The room was quiet and comfortable. I like the self-service breakfast. This suited me as I wanted to be up and out. There was a good choice of cereals, bread for toast, yoghurts and fruit. A lovely B & B :) "
