"Location and hotel was very good. We didn't take the option for breakfast as we were tight for time in the mornings and we also felt that it was expensive. We had to leave the hotel five days early and return to the UK due to a medical emergency. I've contacted the hotel direct and also via Hotel.com asking if there's any possibility of a refund for the days we were not occuping the room. So far I have not had a response, not even and acknowledgement of my email."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. The two issues guests might have - in warmer months is there is no air conditioning in the room we stayed in and it may be uncomfortable, and it’s location makes it prone to loud street noises."
