"The hotel has been renovated a nd upgrated. We liked the room size the cleanliness and the breakfast which was included. The location is excellent near restaurants and shops and a walking distance to the
sea garden and the beaches. Personel needs additional training in being pleasant and oferring help to the customers. Sometimes we felt that they were bothered if we ask for something."

"I cannot praise the staff & the owners enough. It is a family run hotel & it shows; Maria was pleasant; fun & went above & beyond what was necessary to assist us during our stay; her son Bobbie was a delight. Peyko brought us local fish at dinner to try; it was lovely & something i probably wouldn't have tried otherwise. The staff were polite & very helpful.

"A unique place in Bulgaria. It is remote, but still close to the city, surrounded by forest and 5 min walk from the
sea. The architecture is great as they combined the nature and the modern. Staff was polite, room was clean and cozy, food was great. I liked everything. For sure coming back for longer period."

"Hotel Milano is a nice well kept privately owned small hotel. The breakfast has variety and is good, rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. There is a pleasant outside dining area, too. The air conditioning was great! The few downsides of the property is the size of the room with one double bed, no chairs, and no hooks to dry towels, and the platform bed (with no foundation) was too soft for me. "Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
