"Besides from the cigarette smell from the casino everything was great! Big room, nice staff, nice pool, good breakfast. We had a lovely stay."

"Nice property. Dark inside not enough lightning. Magnetic cards work time to time. Staff is friendly. Restaurants on the pricey side. The pool weird configuration and not safe for kids."

"Excellent hotel. Very clean. Very good furniture, everything is new. Delicious breakfast."

"The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was close to the lakeside park, within walking distance of the beach. With easy transit from the main train station. The hotel had much to offer. A pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple restaurants and a bar. My sea view room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive, decent quality. "Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. "Friendly, welcoming staff and a great location to explore all the sites. We loved it here!"

"Right on the beach stunning. The staff can’t do enough for you . Food amazing. We are going back next year"

Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,...

"What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). If you want to stay close enough to the action but far enough from the craziness of Sunny Beach this hotel is a fantastic option. If I go back to Sunny Beach, I...
