"Really loved this hotel, facilities were perfect for the whole family, the dome was excellent to entertain the kids & food was top class. Kids are already asking to go back. I’d like to mention the night porter who was lovely & so helpful getting me a taxi so early in the morning 10/10"

"Had a wonderful stay here beautiful hotel. Lovely bedroom comfy bed beautiful bathroom. Staff were fantastic, food was delicious, didn’t get time to use the spa, so maybe next time ! Very well maintained hotel and has lovely lounging areas to chill and relax. The hotel is close to Altamont gardens and Huntington castle and gardens would highly recommend making a trip to both of these places they are absolutely beautiful!!"

"Very warm and inviting hotel. Check in was very smooth. Outside the hotel has a cute little island with a bridge to walk around. The room were a good size and clean they left cute little rubber ducks on the bed. The bathroom was OK decent water pressure. No place to put your toiletries and not enough hooks to hang towels Unfortunately there was a wedding going on and I finally went to the front desk at 1:30am to complain. The music was blasting no one could sleep. All they said was we are sorry and don’t the hotel inform you there was a wedding tonight. Answer: no they did not. We had to listen to the music blasting until 2am. It was painful. Afterwards and read a bunch of reviews that all complained about the same issue. Wedding going on and music blasting. If you want to get a decent night sleep ..this is not the hotel for you. They did nothing to try to help make my stay better. Being told they are sorry didn’t cut it. Maybe offer a complimentary breakfast or something would have helped. But they did nothing. I definitely will never be back and I certainly will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service actually zero customer service"

"Check in was about 20 seconds, our room was ready at 3pm. Disappointed with the balcony, we couldn't open the door due to what looks like an extention. Pillows were awful, too big and puffy. Swimming pool and leisure areas was nice and well maintained. Our time in the pool was short lived with 15 screaming young girls taking over the place. Food in the bar was really good. Portions were huge. Lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast was table service. The pancake machine could really do with been moved for people that don't want them. It is right beside the cereals, toast and juices and its was a battle to get at them!"
