"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "

"Denne perle er absolut fantastisk! Det er den bedste overnatning jeg længe har oplevet. Alt ved det sted var en positiv overraskelse. Vores 'lejlighed' var kæmpe stor og badeværelset alene var på størrelse med master bedroom. Værten var sød og imødekommende, med gode tips og råd til oplevelser i området. "Unterkunft neu und alles sehr schön. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider gab es viele Moskitos. Fliegengitter wären hilfreich. Die Klimatisierung läuft über eine Klimagerät. Das hat nicht gut funktioniert. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es allerdings auch recht warm! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb."

"The reception area was convenient and the check in process was easy. The gentleman escorted me to the room and explained which doors would be available during evening hours. He also gave a brief explanation of how everything in the room worked (lights, air conditioning) and pointed out the refrigerator as well as the coffee maker and condiments. The touch of leaving a couple of water bottles in the refrigerator for us was very much appreciated. "
