"Clean inside. Spacious. Customer service responsive but disappointed that it's not allowed to cancel the 3rd day booking despite giving more than 48 hrs notice. WiFi weak in the bedroom. Poor location and suggested for winter stay. Hard to walk to the town centre if poor weather condition. "

"It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year."

"Luxury hotell but the rooms were badly isolated and you hear your neighbors when you want to sleep. Had to call the reception as we we’re hearing the tv from the next room. The spa is just an cold pool and the saunas wasn’t warm enough."

"Das war mit abstand das beste Hotel. Service war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch, unglaublich einfach. Frühstück war extrem lecker, alles war frisch und auch da service super. Sauberkeit ist auf dem höchsten Stand und unser Zimmer war perfekt. Du hast alles was du brauchst, bett ist bequem, Bad groß genug. Alles top. Hoffe alle Unterkünfte von dieser Kette sind so gut wie dieser in Sarajewo."

"We found a urine stained sheet in the room. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite the staff denying it we saw a woman carry in a stack of cigarettes. It was a disgusting hotel. I don’t recommend it "
