Hotel Monti is a fantastic hotel to stay in to explore Mount Inman and the surrounding area. The staff were fantastic and look after us . Would highly recommend staying here.

Wanted a relaxed getaway, Hotel Monti focuses on promoting their spa services (indoor pool, 5 different saunas etc.) but in reality it’s a terrible experience, they have a day pass for anyone to attend and it is more like a loud, children’s water playground. The facility was overcrowded with unsupervised children (ages 8 to 13), running all over, screaming, jumping into the pool, entering every sauna, no parent or staff member. When I complained I was simply told they charge a day fee for anyone to attend, and there are no lounge chairs for hotel guests as it’s first come best served. The water of the indoor pool was cold, the uncultured behavior of “day pass visitors” simply downgraded the notion of a delux hotel. It’s a shame as it is a beautiful hotel in absolutely beautiful mountain setting. The rooms are perfect and the staff are great, but greedy management needs to take a hard look at their false advertising of “spa services for guests”, it’s a public indoor pool with NO rules!

Paradise on earth

The hotel is amazing and surrounding nature. Came with family and we had wonderful time. Spa and slimming pool are superb, but most of all staff were so nice and accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask. We will be back, hopefully very soon.

Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). We ordered the Bruschetta. The menu described their unique way of preparing it: Eggplant, feta cheese, and a couple of other typical items on French Baguette. You know, probably one of the most recognizable menu items in the world. What arrived was thin white sliced bread—toasted—with what can only be described as wet cat food. I let the server know that not a single ingredient from the menu was on the plate. She told us that the kitchen was out of ALL of the ingredients for the Bruschetta. So what the geniuses in kitchen basically decided to do was blend together a bunch of stuff they DID have into a grey-colored slop and put it on toast and then actually serve it, imagining that their paying clientele were too stupid to notice or care. Unbelievable. I have let bad restaurant experiences go without complaining as many of us have, but this was so utterly lazy and so stupid that I do feel someone should lose a job. The server was gracious, and apologized. I think that she knew serving it was the wrong thing to do, but she was forced to do it. What they did to her was worse than what was done to us.

Absolutely beautiful property situated in the woods. Nature around is stunning. They have a fabulous kids playground, indoor pool, jacuzzi that my kids really enjoyed. The food was also delicious. I read reviews that service wasn’t good at the restaurant but that was not our experience at all. The staff was super attentive and fast. Rooms are new, modern and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Since the hotel was in the mountains, it was very cold and the air conditioning was not working properly. We felt a little cold. We stayed for 2 days but the water was not renewed and they wanted an extra fee. There was not much attention. No one was interested in the spa center. There were no clean towels etc.

There was an issue with one of the front desk guys. Simply asking him to alert housekeepers to deliver more towels to the room and to do a light cleaning was simply too much for the front desk guy to handle. It was clean enough that he had a chip on his shoulder from the very first words. Maybe he should be behind the scenes collecting trash instead of front facing with customers.

Sauber und gut gelegen, aber der Spa-Bereich war zu 50 Prozent geschlossen, das Wasser war kalt und der Jacuzzi hatte nicht mal Wasser. Das Frühstück war eines der schlechtesten, die ich je gesehen habe. Keine Auswahl, absolut lieblos und das Obst war definitiv nicht frisch. Die Säfte waren Wasser mit Sirup. Das Brot ist den Namen nicht wert. Das Essen im Restaurant hingegen sehr gut. Die Bar hatte auch geschlossen. Bei einem solchen Preis erwarte ich etwas mehr.

Die Umgebung d Hotels war vermutlich aufgrund der Vögel, die Mülltüten aufreißen, voller Plastikmüll. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schön u großzügig gestaltet. Service kam immer sofort u hat geholfen. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr schön mit Tageslicht.
