"The whole 2nd floor was being renovated unbeknownst to us prior to arrival. Our room a suite looked like it was half done. Furniture had missing pieces of wood, wood floor had paint marks all over it. They out 2 towels in the room for 3 people and when asked they said housekeeping doesn’t come in ..."
