"Mold in shower (no excuse for this)...Room was dirty ...Carpet and bathroom floor need a deep cleaning......They are actually sticky. Hallway floor and elevator floor also need to be cleaned and vacuumed daily. Built in USB plugs for charging phones are worn out ...need replacing.... Breakfast was ..."
