"The staff were friendly and helpful with request. The hotel aesthetic was updated and nice….but the hotel was dirty. Floors in elevators and lobby area not clean at check in or check out. I understand that lack of housekeeping staff during those busy hours is sometimes hard to avoid, but dirty floors ..."
