Great stay in a lovely area

Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way!

Friendly staff and comfortable hotel situated in great location next to heroes square and the park. Also metro stop just 3 minutes walk away. Front facing rooms are a little noisy because of the road but have better outlook
