Very clean hotel with nice staff and a good restaurant. Unique design, would be perfect for a wedding or family gathering. Nice beach walk into town (20 mins). Our room was closer to the road than the beach, so we could hear the road over the water.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as very special guests …upgraded room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable & with a sea view, tasteful decor, great shower and bathroom was spacious…always so tidy and clean . The attention to detail of the housekeeping staff was impeccable. As well the servers at the restaurant and pool side were on point. They were always ready to serve you Spoke lovely English… so pleasant ! Thank you for our perfect stay .

We stayed here for just one night going through to PV its a convenient location for that but I wouldnt love to use the beach here.. Also rooms are spacious and have a nice view but we could hear the highway all night. Was great to have the restaurant at location for dinner and breakfast both meals were great! Service was also great.

Neat small 13 bedroom hotel with pool. We booked the ocean view suite. Walk to Bucerias City Center is about 25 min through the streets (safe!!!) or along the beach which is a bit rocky, but no problemo with flip flops. Great views, you don’t hear the highway at all! The restaurant is Mexican fusion, lower spice levels and a bit pricey for Mexico. But the quality and taste is great. Enjoy your stay :)

Small hotel but nice and quiet the rooms are big and comfortable same for the bathrooms. Everything is very well kept. The staff is helpful and friendly...it feels very lay back. The view is amazing and the food at the restaurant is really good and tasty. We Definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is very beautiful and comes at a very reasonable price. The staff here is very friendly and provide aolid service. Again, its hard to beat the price as this property has a very unique and cozy character to it. The restaurant on site is separate from the hotel so you cannot just charge drinks to your room, but they make paying for things easy. The rooms are very well thought out and designed beautifully. The only Improvement I can see is clearing up the lobby and making it more approachable. Its in a weird space.

Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream were exceptional from Vervan. We would recommend this hotel.

Family of 4 for a week. The hotel is well maintained and pretty quiet. We usually avoid big hotels and crowds. This hotel is really close to many nice restaurants and beaches. Uber is available and affordable and no issues getting one. Hotel food was very high quality and prices are reasonable for the area and what you expect at hotels. The beach at the hotel is not nice and not suitable for dipping in the water or getting some sun. The hotel pool is very nice with a jacuzzi. Our room had its own dipping pool, which was really nice. The hotel is located on a busy highway so if you get a room at the highway level expect constant traffic noise at all hours. The first two days of our stay they had some construction going on which was annoying especially while eating at the restaurant. It would have been good if they had told us, we cancelled a hotel down the street because they had let us know about their construction. The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and aesthetically pleasing with all the greenery. If you plan on staying and enjoying the property this is the place! I say this because the beach in front of the property is mainly for the view because it’s all rocks; not easy to walk on or actually get in. The location is off a freeway access ramp. If your room is further from the ocean, you will hear a lot of road noise. I would return to this property if I ever come back to Bucerías.

Was a great stay! Mario the chef is very talented, food was delicious, Victor our server at the restaurant Baklava was attentive and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and bed was really comfortable. Location is a bit of a distance from Bucarius, beach rocky, although once you settle in, you really don’t need to go anywhere. We did a beach crawl on the way back from Bucarius and it was a blast! Lovely stay!
