Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!

Alles sehr schön, wie immer. Top Hotel mit guten facilities wie Gym und Sauna und obendrein erschwinglich und zentral im ehemaligen West-Berlin gelegen. Werde wiederkommen.

Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
Das Frühstück hat uns eher enttäuscht. Sehr einfache Aufschnittplatten, zum Müsli keinerlei Nüsse, keine Hafermilch auf dem Buffet als Alternative. Die Atmosphäre kam uns vor wie in einer Kantine: laut und unwirtlich.
