"Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. The Mill Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Great first stay here very big rooms and very clean and comfy bed. Breakfast very nice. Spa was great 👍 definitely will visit again. Parking very good. Overall perfect and amazing location."

Nunsmere Hall Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Nunsmere Hall is a beautiful, grand building that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere really special. Excellent value for money for a midweek, one-night stay. My room was large, spacious and well equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a lovely, spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower. There are a few little areas that could do with some attention, such as the edges of the carpets and some curtain finishings, and I couldn’t quite work out how to switch on a couple of the lamps, but these were only minor niggles in an otherwise great stay. The staff were lovely, especially the lady working in the bar on Tuesday 27th October. She was working incredibly hard but maintained such a friendly, positive attitude — a real credit to the hotel! Overall, a wonderful stay, great value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely stay again!"
