Stayed in the music room - lovely big room and en-suite, clean and nicely furnished but could do with a lick of paint to cover the ceiling cracks in the main room and small areas of peeling paint in the bathroom.
Breakfast very tasty.
Staff friendly, professional, polit and helpful.
No problem parking.

Lovely place to stay
Absolutely loved our stay , so much history, room was great nice and clean , bed comfortable, food excellent, staff very nice , will certainly stay again
The hotel is an old fashioned manor house with lots of character. The staff are great and very freindly. The rooms are very spacious and beds extremely comfortable.
Great 1 night stay whilst on business in Birmingham.
The accomodation was very nice, quirky manor house, lovely grounds and lovely quirky period piece bedroom
The facilities in room were very good and the bed was super comfy
Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very nice.
This hotel is a bit quirky, with old fashioned furniture, but the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaurant is very good
Lovely 14bedroom boutique hotel, I had the music room which was spacious, comfy, big bath and a separate shower. The dining experience was amazing, lovely food, good menu selection really tasty. Very
attentive staff from check in to check out
Nice old fashioned manor house. A nice change from the the modern cube room. Nice staff esp. the breakfast team. Small issues of maintenance in my room - bedside bulb broken, shower hose leaking badly. Wanted to report it but the reception was unmanned when I left. Would definitely stay again. Could be cold in the winter I had an attic room .
It’s a beautiful gothic building very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when staying in the area. We stayed on a Monday night unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays, would have loved to have tried the food, the breakfast was excellent.
Great place , shower not great over bath and just didn’t work very well but we were only there one night . Grounds beautiful and breakfast was brilliant . We had a great time .

Good dinner, room needing update
Friendly staff and very good dinner. Room needs update and breakfast disappointing.
A quaint old Manor House. You would want to go here for the quietness and character. I would suggest a perfect wedding location - hiring the while property and its 14 bespoke rooms. We stayed in December purely to go to a local family event and was perfect for that but in summer would be lovely for a wedding with a marquee in the gardens to cater for a much larger guest list.

Full of history
Lovely very old hotel with lots of character, dont expect mod cons, staff nice and pleasant especially at breakfast great service and food.
Only 1 gripe, they removed a large table from our room without explanation and replaced it with a rickety dusty one, not impressed.
An excellent location close to the M5 and clearly very popular particularly as a wedding venue. The staff were excellent and very efficient and the meals superb.
The condition of the buildings is a little tired due to their age and there is a lack of some facilities one might expect from such a venue. However, these are minor issues set against the comfort and service at Grafton Manor
