"The beds were some of the worst hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. All spring, no cushion. The A/C barely worked and despite being the end of June, the pool was closed. Without any breakfast, a restaurant that stops serving food at 9 and being a significant distance from establishments offering food in general, and amenities that were unusable, this place was disgustingly overpriced and such a disappointment."

"The price for an overnight stay on a 2-day road travel was unbeatable. The location was strategic. Fast food restaurants were within walking distance. And breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly . Hard to beat these circumstances."

"Couldn’t use the pool due to the smoke/wildfire ash in the air. Breakfast was limited and mostly consisted of grab and go stuff. Limited options for those with dietary limitations."

"The floor was super dirty, and my feet were black after a bit of walking bare-footed. Found a bloody Band-Aid behind the bed. The air conditioner is super loud and makes the lights dip every time it turns on. Tried turning it off but it would still make noise every couple of minutes. We felt so disgusted that we did not even try the breakfast."

The manager told me I was supposed to complete the deposit refund when I checked out, but yet the other employee simply asked me my room number when I checked out and took my keys and that was that. Called about my deposit refund 5 days after check-out to be given the run around for 3 hours saying it was going to be e-transferred to me. (Which seems suspicious as is). "Staff was great and I needed to change rooms because bathroom needed some repairs and they changed me rooms no questions asked. Restaurant was great to have on location and loved being right across from the rink and park."

"Not a satisfy customer here. Management unreachable, no return communication after a few follow up communication attempts per Expedia booking agency. Requested to waive cancellation penalty due to natural cause (wildfire travel advisory around the booked date). Room was charged, no response, no update, no feedback on this request."

"Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, picnic tables, nice staff. Tub was sparkling. It’s basic, nothing fancy but so much quieter than most motels. This is our go to when we have appts in Kamloops. No complaints."

"The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby. My wife is handicapped so we are very careful where we stay. We found 1 available handicap spot and went in to check in. We were greeted with a very accommodating lady at the front desk. She told us there is a $14 parking fee on top of the cost of the room. This is a first for both my wife and I.
