Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday

Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday

8/10 Good
"Reasonably priced hotel for the city centre. Excellent location. Good amenities in the hotel and the room and bathroom are fresh and recently decorated. Cleanliness was generally good but there were some hairs in the shower and stains on the carpet. The bar area had a bizarre vibe."

"They were short staffed but the lady in reception was lovely, really helpful. She seemed to be doing about 4 people’s jobs. She remained calm and professional whilst moving between roles. She definitely earned her pay!!! The carpet was worn in places, but the staff did a sterling job."
