乾燥機の中にバスタオルやTシャツが山ほど入っていて使えなかった。他にも前の人の下着の忘れ物などがあった。 広くて、赤で統一されたインテリアはかわいらしかった。 ケーブルカーのそばなのでロケーションはよいが、 曲がり角のゴミ捨て場の悪臭がひどい。エレベーターがないので、重い荷物を運ぶのは大変。荷物が多い人は避けた方いいかも。

Sehr guter Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit neuwertiger Küche, nett eingerichtet, sauber. Gute Lage nahe Telepherique. Ruhig. Duschbereich benötigt Modernisierung, soll nach Auskunft des Vermieters in den nächsten Wochen erfolgen. Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar. Alles gut organisiert. Oberste Wohnung im 3. Stock. Kein Lift. Ansonsten sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Le logement en lui même est correct, pas très propre mais il y a un effort sur la déco. Des attentions sont là et agréable. Par contre, les communs sont vraiment sales et pas rassurant. Il est noté parking sans voiturier alors non c est juste des places de parking non réservées dans une rue très étroite ce n est pas un parking comme cela s entend.

OK for the price

The flat is well located in the old Brest neighborhood (Recouvrance). I loved the view on the port and the street in which the block of flat is situated is quiet. Unfortunately, how quiet the flat itself is depends on other guests of Appart cosy. There were 3 of us in Ile de Ré. Two of us stayed in the bedroom at the back of the flat which we found quiet, but the third person, who slept in the room adjoining another flat, slept very badly. The wall between the two flats is paper thin and you could easily hear the conversation next door although the other guests weren't necessary loud. The kitchen is very well equipped and an effort was made with the deco of the living room and rooms. On the other hand, the toilet and bathroom look rough; there wasn't even a towel rack in the bathroom. The shower head was broken and the wall in the toilet had dodgy stains. In fact, the whole flat was in need of a deep clean. Overall, it was OK for the price, but I wouldn't go back.

Appartement au top, il ne manque rien !

Dans l'appartement île d'Aix tout est fait pour quon se sente bien. De la déco à l'équipement tout est bien pensé, il ne manque vraiment rien. Tout semble neuf et cest très propre. Anthony le propriétaire communique régulièrement et donne toutes les informations utiles notamment pour l'arrivée. On sent que kes hôtes ont a cœur que les clients se sentent bien et ca cest top ! Juste un petit bémol, il n'y a pas de canapé mais un lit qui fait office de et ça reste assez inconfortable car pas de dossier, préférer un vrai canapé convertible.
