"When ordering room service make sure to tell them everything you need to enjoy your meal. I ordered a steak and had to cut it with a butter knife which was quite difficult. Soup with a teaspoon. No salt. No pepper. Also, asked for a late checkout. Was not granted. I have stayed in too many hotels all over the world and they all seem to accommodate me a little in that area. I only needed an extra hour. "

"The room was clean, and I believe was newly renovated, overall this hotel was good value. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The food in the lobby restaurant was just OK. "

The space was neat, tidy, and clearly cared for. We’ve stayed in several hotels over the past year, and this was by far the cleanest, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was offered until a certain time, many of the options were already picked over well before it ended, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the cleanliness and excellent service."
