"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"The Oak Inn at Staplow is a really nice place to stay. Very friendly, Food is lovely, Our room was clean lovely comfy bed. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits. Breakfast you choose what you wanted and it was all cooked fresh for you. Great Place glad we found it."

"Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden."

"All of the above I was particularly impressed that when I asked about getting a taxi to a concert about 6 miles away that the staff gave me the number for a shuttle bus that would pick us up from the pub and take us to the concert and bring us back again so that was a huge surprise and a really big help"

"Wonderful three night stay. Room was great, overlooking the garden. Nice to sit outside in the summer evening. Great location, within walking distance to the Cathedral and city center. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and owners were very accommodating. Very professionally run Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommend!"

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. "We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

"Close proximity to leominster/hereford, a warm welcome , clean and tidy room. Good food reasonably priced. Very good breakfast. Good parking . Very helpful staff. The only minus was wash basin vanity unit to large for shower room. Will definitely be back"

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."
