"We have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time was not great! The huge indoor heated pool (the whole reason we chose to stay here) was closed unexpectedly. We were told it would open up the next day, but it did not. The outdoor pool was freezing cold and so was the "jacuzzi". ..."
