"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful. The grounds are pretty and peaceful. Our hosts were amazing and provided plenty of local information and a delicious made to order breakfast each morning. We truly felt pampered staying there. We would strongly recommend this property"

"The 3 course meal was al a carte status, excellent made by chef/ owner. Lovely bedrooms and v clean and owners very welcoming. Lovely views and walks nearby. For children the wildlife park is worth a visit nearby. "

"Very pleasant inn keeper. He was helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices were perfect whether you wanted a meal breakfast or something light. Rooms were clean. I worried about the stairs as I have difficulty climbing some stairs and these were not taxing on my knees, Appreciate the stay at The Old Rectory."

"Received a warm welcome on arrival. The cookie was lovely! The room was all I needed it to be and easily worth the price I paid. Breakfast delivered to my room was an unexpected luxury and was very tasty! I would surely stay there again."

"Basic clean accommodation. Excellent host a genuinely friendly good man, nothing was too much trouble. Full English breakfast was included and was spot on. Very hard to fault for the price. Parking is remote from the property and is in a private car park. It looks a bit shady but 2 motor bikes were there overnight without issue."
