I would usually rate 5 stars, but unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet expectations.
To start, we were initially given the wrong room, though this was corrected shortly after. The room lacked soundproofing — we could hear everything from the hallway — and the bed was extremely creaky.
We also encountered issues with the water being cold, which took about an hour to resolve. On top of that, the sink became clogged, apparently due to something left by previous guests.
The lack of curtains didn’t help either — only blinds were provided, making it difficult to sleep when it was bright outside.
Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience, especially considering the price we paid.
