"Breakfast was a variety of items so that was a relief. Scotties the restaurant was just amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better view of the river and a really nice patio with fire pit. If I ever make it back tp Chattanooga...I will stay here and get the best ribeye in town from Scotties!!!"

We chose to stay on pool side but the guest decided to party at the pool and were extremely loud and was unable to get a good night sleep. They did not stop till wee hours in the morning. sounded like they beat the door with something a few times. "

"The hotel is clean and renovated. Rooms were spotless and smelled nice. The only downsides we found were having to pay for valet and our overhead lights would not turn on in the room, but not a big deal. The pool was nice and clean and offered a bathroom if needed. Breakfast was delicious, offering an omlette bar. Staff were all kind and helpful."

"I liked the location of this hotel. It was right next to the convention center which was helpful, since I was in town for a conference. I liked that they had breakfast as well. Which a lot of hotels in the area didn’t. However those were the only good things about this hotel. About 1/2 the staff were very friendly and helpful. The other 1/2 acted like I was an inconvenience when I was asking for help. My first night there was a bug crawling up the wall of my room. I smashed it and took it to the front desk and got: it’s a bug. They said they sprayed my room down the next day. Not sure they did since my last night I saw another of the same bug. I’m not 100% sure what the bugs were. I’m unsure if they were there due to the location. The fact the front doors stayed open all day and most of the night or a cleanliness problem. Everything felt like it had a surface level clean and not a deep deep clean that everything desperately needed. Overall my stay was fine. Since I was so busy with the conference I basically was only there to sleep and shower. But I wouldn’t rush to stay there again. "
