"Front desk and market cafe staff were amazing. Beach staff also incredibly helpful. Pool staff was disinterested and on their phones. Housekeeping was doing a great job considering the high volume of guests. Happy vacation spot overall. "

"Very nosy and people smoking pot on the porches. Also woken up every night and morning from the beeping of the dehumidifier because unless we did it no one else did. Called the front desk the first time. The room cleaner came and showed us how to do it"

"Stayed here for a girls’ trip. Food and drink were good, Service and staff attitude were inconsistent. Some were very helpful while others had to be reminded of various requests. The grounds were nice but the website photos made it look better. The pool and rooms were misleading, outdated and disappointing. Very family oriented with lots of kids but TV channels were spotty and no option for streaming. Few shops and options within walking distance for restaurants, bars, etc.. "

"Staff was amazing and so friendly. Promptly had maintenance at our room when we informed them the bathtub drain was draining slow/clogged. Clean rooms, great pool and hot tub area. Very welcoming, very safe environment."

"The breakfast was good if you ordered whatever you wanted but took forever to come. Also the breakfast buffet didn't have much variety and no gluten-free bread unless you asked for it. Also huge problem with elevators, they took forever to close the doors and to arrive at your floor. Even though it wasn't busy."

"This hotel is close to being great! The only negative is the pool chair policy on the weekend. Some staff will take your stuff and give your chairs away if you are not near them for 30 minutes… Other than that the property and the people are excellent! They will go out of there way to make you experience excellent. We will return in the future!!"
