We were priviliged to stay in the newly furbished Bottlebrush Cottage. Matt and the lovely farm animals warm hospitality made our stay such a pleasure. The farmstay is conveniently located nearby attractions and supermarket. We loved the serenity and beauty of the farm stay and its surroundings.

The service was first class. Matt was super friendly and very accommodating. It's a fabulous place for children to stay.
Matt was super friendly and accommodating. It is was so much fun feeding all the animals. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be coming back in the future.
My family of 2 adults and a 6-year old boy just spent a very enjoyable 3 days and 2 nights at Clandulla Cottages & Farmstay. Our hosts Matt and Nambok were warm and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Watten Studio which we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and our child loved the interactive farm activities and lovely farm animals so much that he wanted to participate in every session every day. We adults loved the beautiful scenery and peaceful environment. Thank you Matt and Nambok for the well-deserved 5-star family farmstay experience!
Easily one of the best stay. Farmer Matt and Nambok were very welcoming and looked after our needs especially the children's. The children looked forward to feeding and tending the many farm animals first thing in the morning and during sunset. They could spend the whole day at the farm and not feeling bored! The sunset was beautoful too. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy if you don't mind the water pressure. Supermarkets were avaliable in the nearby towns of Beaudesert and Canungra, so we could have relaxing meals at the spacious patio in our own comfort.
The location was so peaceful, the staff lovely and feeding all the animals was amazing. Great outdoor play space for kids, lots of things for them to do.
Loved the quiet locale, perfect getaway from the city. Also loved getting to interact with the farm animals. Matt is a great host and a top bloke. Would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful stay at Clandulla Cottages. A beautiful setting and our almost two year old son had an amazing time feeding and patting all of the animals. A big thank you to Ezie, Farmer Jay and Robyn for a great family weekend!

Booking indicated with breakfast but nothing was provided. Not sure if it was expedia's fault or the accommodation?
The farm is away from the city and you will need to drive to anywhere. As the farm is located in a mountainous area, there are signage put up to indicate possible flooding area during rainy days.
My trip is in June, winter season, the sun set about 5pm+. By 6pm it was very dark and there are no street lamps. For tourists, do plan ahead and check the weather forecast during your stay.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.
After an hour drive from Brisbane we arrived at the property to be greeted by Matt. He took us to our room and explained the property to us. Once we settled in, we proceeded to feed the animals with Matt’s guidance. He was very informative and attentive. He was also very patient with my son who was very excited about his farm stay and asked loads of questions about the animals.
It was a real treat to feed the animals twice a day. What was most impressive was that Matt would prepare for the feeding prior by cleaning up any animals pool and sectioning animals off so the feeding was as safe as possible.
The room was so lovely too and had all the facilities you needed. We also enjoyed a fire every night which was beautiful on a winter night.
We will be back. We really enjoyed it and it captured everything we hoped for our farm stay.
We had a beautiful stay at Clandulla Cottages. We took our two children for a farm experience and the opportunity to get close to the animals and it did not disappoint! My children (4 and 18 months) were able to feed horses, chickens, sheep, peacocks, alpacas and birds. Farmer Jay and Robyn were lovely and shared some great information about the farm and the animals. My daughter loved collecting the eggs each day from the chickens - it was her highlight of the stay! The grounds at the cottage were beautiful too - the gardens were full of beautiful bright colours. The cottage itself was very clean with everything we could need. There was a little cubby house that the kids loved to play in, as well as plenty of toys to keep them entertained. The only minor problem was that the walls between the accommodation where we were staying were not very soundproof. It was OK for us, but I did feel sorry for our neighbors who were probably woken earlier than they would have wanted to by our children! Overall it was a really lovely stay and I would recommend Clandulla Cottages and look forward to staying there again.
Lovely, family friendly area. We went for a drive to Mt Tambourine National Park afterwards and the kids enjoyed the refreshing dip at the waterhole :)
We had a lovely time at Clandulla cottages. We stayed at the Rose cottage. The cottage is comfortable, air conditioning is good and needed now in spring and summer. We chose Clandulla because our 2 and half year old daughter loves farm animals and she had the most amazing time feeding the animals every morning and afternoon, she chatted to the kanguru and peacocks. It was a very nice experience for our family.
The owners running the farm and accommodation are very friendly and amazing if you need anything. They are also very good with the kids and kind with the animals.
The farm is in a nice location, just over an hour distant to the Gold Coast and about 40 minutes to Mount Tamborine. There are creeks nearby. Cedar creek is nice if you would like to enjoy some time in the water on a hot day.
While staying on a farm 30 minutes or more away from any stores, I personally feel that having a self-contained accommodation is important. So, I enjoyed having a full size fridge and stove to be able to prepare meals.
A gorgeous property to switch off from the world, relax and enjoy the natural surrounds. Quiet, peaceful and picturesque. A wonderful farmstay weekend away for the family with lots of animals to feed! Robyn and her family open their home to you - thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Okotoks suite
The owners and animals were lovely and friendly. We had wanted to book the lovely Mexicano suite but it was already booked.
We stayed in the Okotoks suite, the main bed was comfortable but the bunk beds and sofa need to be replaced.
The hotel is very beautiful, and the farmstay is convenient form family's. the staff is very nice. nearly the tamborine mountain, the mountain is so cool, weather is so good.
Such wonderful stay for our family.
Staffs are so nice, kids became friends with Ezie after 2 nights staying.
There are lots of animals to feed in the moring 8am and 5pm. We really impressed the well maintenances of the cottage.
Very clean rooms and beddings. I love the view from my window.
You could order dinner onsite which needs to be paid extra. IT IS REALLY YUMMY and homemade.
Only suggestion is the breakfast should have a bit more options.
The accommodation was not at all as advertised, and bordered on misleading. We stayed in the Camelot "Suite". In the pictures, various doors are left open to give the impression that the room is more spacious, but the reality is that it is one very small room. The door that was open in the picture was closed and in fact led into the neighbouring "suite" - you could hear every single thing that went on next door. It certainly does not have a fully equipped kitchen - it has a microwave and a tiny fridge. The linen badly needs replacing, and the mattress is very uncomfortable. There is no view of the property from the room, and no private balcony. The "tennis court" is a patch of grass with an old net strung across it. The restaurant isn't open unless you book by 12pm.
I will say that the animals were great, and the owners were very friendly. The place might be fantastic for families who know what they are getting into, but it simply wasn't what it was advertised to be.
