"The worst thing was the mattress on the bed. It was so unsupportive I felt my body went into av shape when laying on the bed. The pillow was like a pancake too, so not a great sleep, which kind of defeats the object of the room. The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom had one towel hook so if there is more than one person travelling, it's not great for hanging up the towel. The hotel was in a convenient location."

But again on our last day the toilet did not work which was a little frustrating when in a bit of a rush to checkout for flights. "The room was on the small side but great for one person. Loved the location and easy access to trams and the CBD, short walk to Chinatown, shops, lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but it’s small and a sauna on site. I would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area."

"When I arrived the bathroom sink in my room was not draining properly. I called reception and maintenance was sent up straight away, so while not ideal, the service to amend once I notified them was great. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the stay was great!"
