Great staff! They were very helpful with both a room switch and storing luggage, friendly and efficient. This hotel is also in a great location for exploring the city. It’s close to premium shopping and Flinders station plus free trams are right outside. We loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our staycation in the city with this wonderful new hotel. The location was amazing, and made exploring the city really easy with everything on your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Room was very spacious for our needs, and the breakfast options were delicious. We would definitely stay again.

After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left the hotel. This will definitely be my preferred hotel for Melbourne in the future.

For the rate, this was a very good setup. Room size, amenities, cleanliness, bathroom were all good. Rooms were quiet (great for jet lagged patrons). Daily brunch was a good bargain - upscale/earthy continental plus pick a main and side from hot menu). Location to markets, shopping, and Chinatown without being IN them, was super. Staff were kind and helpful. Also great about holding luggage after checkout when we had a 2 hour layover between venues. Minor drawback - no pool or gym.

Hotel Indigo has extremely friendly staff (professional and welcoming). Central location, very close to Bourke street. Silent, no street noise at all or even sounds from other guests. Also, impressively thick curtains. After a late arrival, I slept well after sunrise! Comfy bed. The reception is surprisingly on the second floor. Multiple speedy elevators made access very easy. Easy taxi drop off in Little Collins Street (opposite the Patagonia shop) A very great hotel in central Melbourne. Would stay again.
