This was a lovely place to stay! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast and happy hour is a nice touch. There are several nice restaurants close by for dinner. The room was beautiful and very clean with nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

What a delightful discovery---this two-story inn sits at the end of a long block of historic businesses of Niwot, Colorado, about a 10 minute drive northeast of Boulder. The original owner gave the rooms names of New Mexican towns and places. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were quite spacious with all creature comforts one could desire. The front desk innkeeper was a gracious host. Thank you.

The staff and property were terrific. But for a bed and breakfast, the breakfast was beyond disappointing. Only cold food, something you might see in a chain motel, not the breakfast you would be expect for a nice private B&B

My husband and I stayed here for a short staycation and it was exactly what we hoped it to be. The room was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We walked 5 minutes to dinner at Fortezza, which was a delicious treat. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a low-key, quiet, and classy inn. Loved the nooks around the property to sit and chat, the quiet location, the fresh fruit and hardboiled eggs at breakfast and the lovely dining area! Beautiful place; the visual appeal inside the hotel is pretty stellar. Staff is very friendly. Been there twice. Nice for access to Boulder, which is just 10 to 15 minutes. It's located on a street that is kind of residential. Nice and safe feel to go for a walk or run.

The Inn is in a great location in a quaint town and is very walkable to local restaurants and shops. The decor is very welcoming and the unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There are stairs to some of the units, so if that is an issue you will want to plan accordingly. The breakfast and afternoon snacks/wine was lovely.
