"The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved:
1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance.

The rooms are generously sized and immaculately clean, the beds offer exceptional comfort, and the staff consistently deliver courteous, professional service. Situated in a walkable location to many cafes and restaurants. My upstairs room overlooked the river; which is a great sight to greet you. I highly recommend this property. "

"Front Desk are very helpful - I was a late check in, and arrangements were made in advance, and it was a very easy process. At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"
