"We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues."

Beim Check in wurden wir weder wirklich begrüßt noch wurde mit uns nett kommuniziert. Auch als wir an einem Abend zur Rezeption gingen, ob wir Briefmarken kaufen könnten und dann Postkarten verschicken möchten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir am nächsten Morgen zum Business Center neben der Rezeption gehen sollen. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel könnte man erwarten, dass sich...

El personal super amable en todas las áreas. Tuvimos un detalle a nuestra salida no encontraban las llaves de nuestro vehículo pero lo resolvieron y compensaron. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and everything tasted fresh. The location was another big plus. It’s close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well appointed and the sauna area is has both a Bio and a Finnish Sauna as well as a steam room. The gym is well equipped. The location is an easy tram ride from Berlin HBF that goes through Alexanderplatz. "
