The front desk lady said my room was upgraded at the express hotel. When I got to the express room, it was twin beds for my wife and I and the space was too small for us and two bags. The TV didn’t work either, not that I wanted to watch a German show, but just adds to the drama. The front desk lady said they messaged me but that was a lie too. I was sent an email only saying “we look forward to your stay.” I would not recommend staying at this place. I’ve been to Tutt several times and would go to Truebe instead. "

My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me.
