If you can find the carpark let me know. Ending up having to shove it in an NCP. Couldn’t get hold of staff at reception to ask as it kept going to answerphone. Not the best first impression

Great Stay

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking is hard to find as the address takes you to the front of the property but found it in the end. Food was delicious both breakfast and dinner. I will book here again when I am in the area again for work

Central location for the town and The Stump. One of the Faux Leather arm chairs had rips in the leather on both the seat and left hand arm. One of the bath towels had a number of holes in it. No bottled water in the room on arrival to go with the two glasses provided. Shower head needed a good clean and black mould evident around the bath seal in corner. Hot water was far too hot could be dangerous if not aware. Bar staff were very friendly and gave good service

Lovely Stay

Great hotel in a very convenient location! All the staff were super friendly, especially the waitresses at the bar and restaurant—they were attentive and kind throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had plenty of great options to choose from. My room was comfortable, and the bed was just what I needed for a good night's sleep. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm at times. Still, everything else was excellent—from the service to the amenities. Would definitely recommend!

On check in there was no one on reception and had to go looking for staff. Car park is a little tricky to find but you finally end up at the back of the hotel. Booked a table for 7pm and they drinks order taken at 7.20, food turned up which was ok. Comfortable room but a constant noise from cars in the town. Prefer their other hotel in Horncastle.

Underwhelmed

I was underwhelmed by the quality of the hotel. It felt like somewhere which had been very good but was now being left to get worse. Some of the staff were helpful but others were a bit dismissive. My double room it was very difficult to get round the bed to get to the bathroom and I had to be moved into this room because the door handle fell off in the previous room

Could not ask for a more friendly and helpful hotel. Room was perfect overlooking the river. Great breakfast. Fabulous dinner. Will be back.

This hotel is a gem in the middle of Boston

This is a great hotel with great rooms, great staff and an excellent restaurant. The Hotel staff are some of the most friendly and attentive i have come across across many trips home and abroad and the management team deserve great credit in having such a good team onboard

Great hotel

Our first visit for a wedding. Booked classic room with breakfast. Room was spacious and lovely and warm. Hospitality tray included tea, coffee, hot chocolate and packs of biscuits. Bathroom very clean and looked modern. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Will visit again in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor area by the river. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Nice old hotel with a lot of character. Placed in the centre of town. We were very comfortable and felt very welcome. Mind that there is no lifts in the hotel, but we were kindly moved to a lower floor.

Lovely hotel the staff were very professional but friendly and helpful. We had a super room which had extra touches such as a Nespresso machine with pods, luxury teas, chocolate bars, lavender pillow spay plus lots more. We would absolutely stay again if we have to visit Boston again.

Stay was excellent and the food from the restaurant was outstanding. The only issue was that there was no mentioned of the route needed to take to get to the car park on the hotels.com website - so had to do a couple of drivebys and work route out on the hop.

I liked everything about the property, extremely welcoming and comfortable and the staff where outstanding. We ate there in the evening and for breakfast and the food was delicious. I couldn't fault anything at all. Would definitely recommend.

Even the insomniac slept soundly!

Possible the pleasantest stay I've ever had in a hotel. Thoughtfully designed (pitch-black bedroom, loads of bright natural light in the bathroom, decaf tea and coffee in room). Comfortable, relaxing common areas, delicious food and really considerate staff. May return to Boston just to stay here again!
