"No parking on-site, but decent rate at the garage a short walk away. Early check in is never promised, but they will secure your bags so you can start your trip if you do arrive early. Great hotel bar, haven’t eaten at the restaurant, but it always appears busy. Staff is fine. "

"Hotel does not look like the photo on the site. Definitely a little disappointing. I received an email to ask if I wanted to upgrade to a higher level, but the only view from the higher level is the Massachusetts General Hospital, not the city. "

"My room had the bare minimum, no extra blankets no extra towels. One bathrobe, even though there was two of us stinging in the room. Our checkout check-in person did not ask us any questions regarding amenities. We might want in the room.. we found out later you need to ask for them, not even knowing what they were. I was small, which was which was fine, but being able to see into the toilet area with a glass door felt inappropriate."
