"Thank you very much to the receptionist Val, who was super helpful with accommodations. We loved our room #84, parking was a bit confusing and she helped us figure it out. She is awesome and the hotel is great. Wished the pools and sauna were a bit warmer."

"Exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of the old Sassi with easy access to everything. Beautiful property, every room a gem and the staff and ownership are superb. We have stayed here now two times and highly recommend this gem as a unique hotel experience that celebrates its history while offering a luxury experience ."

"Great location if u are w a car; staff was very attentive, room was lovely and very functional and breakfast was great w variety and fresh items.
Antonella checked me in and since the gym was not open, she let me borrow 2 weights so I could work out in my room; both male bartenders in the evening (my apologies, I did not get their names) were so accommodating and Laura at breakfast on Sunday was so lovely and attentive. GREAT hotel when u visit Matera."
