Great communication and recommendations from staff for restaurants, etc. Breakfast was incredible both days. Nice to have a La Carte instead of the usual buffet. Very fresh and tasty. A wonderful experience.

The location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond and helped arrange parking, taxi, dinner reservations. And even a walking tour. Carla was amazing. Breakfast was delicious!!

My family had a beautiful stay in Matera. The hotel staff helped us with every aspect of our trip: logistics, parking, dining experience. The breakfast was sublime. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, both aesthetically and from a comfort perspective. The location is also amazing, all within walking distance. Would love to come back!

The deluxe room was wonderful If you want a great cave experience room in Matera I highly recommend! Carla was excellent upon arrival right until we left. Breakfast was enough food.

Excellent location, helpful staff, breakfast was limited only because it was set rather than buffet. It was tasty. Shower was a bit underwhelming. Fixtures not looking clean and in rough shape and no hand held wand which I really like. Unique decor.

Lovely cave rooms right in the center of it all. The staff was amazingly wonderful, and stayed in contact with us to make sure we arrived with no problems, made a great restaurant recommendation, and overall it was a great stay. Breakfast was huge, with plenty of choices serve to you at your table and very delicious.
