"The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk across the bridge to Boothbay harbor. Very walkable. You could sit outside the room and look across the bay. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was sufficient. The room had a fridge microwave and coffee maker. If you arrive after 6 pm there is no one at the desk and you have to go next door to their sister hotel to check in."

"This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning! Definitely would stay here again but ask for a room in the actual house. Our room was located in adjacent to the house which was still nice but probably nicier if you get to stay in the house. There are no elevators so you need to be able to carry your luggage up a flight. Excellent B&B"

"Great spot overlooking the harbor, within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants … including a yummy coffee/breakfast spot directly across the street. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, nice toiletries. Parking is a bit of a challenge even with their dedicated lot."

"Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year."
