"This was my fourth stay at Puri Gangga and I love this property. When I travel, I do extensive research in advance and I’m always wanting to return to Puri Gangga. The restaurant food is great and convenient. The staff is always exceptional and very kind. I also appreciate Puri Gangga for its peaceful location, away from the Ubud crowds and traffic. There are many places to stay in Bali and while I like exploring new places, the beauty and peaceful service at Puri Gangga is worth returning for."

"Incredible gem. Absolutely stunning jungle vistas, private villas and well curated and meaningful experiences. This is the place to decompress and see Bali as it used to be. The staff are kind and attentive. A few notes - windy, steep paths and rock stairs - this is not the place if you have any accessibility issues, the meals each night are set course and can be somewhat experiential, and finally - rooms are wide open to the jungle. This is a luxury eco resort - not for the unadventurous - but it will be memorable. I loved every second of my stay."

"We had two oceanfront rooms with a connecting interior door. We were delighted. It's a unique property. It features indoor and totally private outdoor showers. We used the outdoor showers exclusively. The entire staff is remarkably friendly and helpful Housekeeping was outstanding. Front Desk was a model of service and hospitality. Local transportation arranged by the Front Desk was excellent. Our driver couldn't have been more helpful and good taking us to where we wanted or needed to go. We ate every breakfast and dinner on property during our 3 night stay, and we never regretted it."
