"Their system is terrible. I availed 4 big rooms but they provided toiletries to just two rooms. We didn't get any tissue for the bathroom, no shampoo nor soap. The distribution of towels was unorganized. Then upon check out they claimed that there were 3 missing towels and we paid 1,500 for 3 ragged ..."
