"Easy to find and easy communication with the owner who did his best to help He gave us parcement paper when ee needed it for pizza, he allowed my daughter to sleep e us last night since she didnt manage to sleep well in the school with the team, we were there because of a tournament. The negative here was the cleaning, I feel like they should have cleaned better before we arrived, specially in the kitchen. "Noise from the road is terrible. There are several bars right next to property and there was high level of noise until about 2 am every night and we were not there at a busy time. We made a reservation for two beds- and were told they did not offer two beds upon arrival even for the suite in which we made the reservation for. Hair dryer didn’t work- low customer service as well. Would not recommend. "

"The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfy, although there was only one size (we would have preferred a larger bed but made due). More cons than pros though. The biggest downside was not knowing that literally the entire plaza shut down for Easter, something we were not aware of at all, despite having already visited two other cities in Norway with everything still open. We would have appreciated for the staff to give travelers a heads up since they have no amenities, additional towels or toiletries, and their FAQs state that guests can purchase what they need at nearby stores - which were all closed. That includes the pharmacies, which was awful because half our travel party got sick with the flu and we had nowhere to get meds despite walking around for a couple hours. When I emailed the staff about the major inconvenience, they essentially told me it's on the guests to know all the major holidays and closures. We stayed for three nights in this condition so it was not an enjoyable experience at all. Unfortunate, really. "
