"Location is excellent, walkable to the Palais and either sides of the town for fine dining. Hotel has an elevator and in and out any time of the day was convenient. Although my room was furnished with modern bathroom fixtures, the drainage was insufficient and the odor was bothersome. But when the Palais smells the same, old drainage, I compromised for the convenience of the location and the reasonable price. I would stay in this hotel again."

Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later.
