Small town, few options, not all bad
"Older building, HVAC should be updated, they did update the bathroom and Sink area. Nice overall job but attention to detail lacking. Paint the door trim, dirty like a mechanics bathroom. Owners were very pleasant. Had to ask for toilet paper, they do not leave a back up roll in the room"
