Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Great experience"

Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

8/10 Good

"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other restaurants were disappointing. Although the hotel advertises nine restaurants, only two additional restaurants were open on any given day during our stay, which was frustrating given the variety promised. We also found the food in these restaurants to be poor and not up to the standard we expected. Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly the spacious rooms, the variety at the main buffet, and the casual food and coffee options. However, the limited availability and quality of the other restaurants let the experience down. With better restaurant food, more consistent opening times, and a little more attention to maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."

Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Our room was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing! My butlers, Okeen and Nicholas, were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always on top of everything. They made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The bartenders were also fantastic and very personable. Carrieanne was so much fun and made some amazing drinks! Everyone we encountered helped make our stay special. This was absolutely the best vacation I’ve ever had! The exceptional service, welcoming atmosphere, and amazing staff made the entire experience unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make our vacation so incredible. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️"

Grand Lido Negril Au-Naturel, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... The buffet was attractive and inviting. (Some mornings, the bacon was burnt or almost raw.) Grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Heartily recommend! Good experience and needy employees."
