"Ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Team war von Anfang bis Ende außerordentlich hilfsbereit und hat sich um jedes kleine Anliegen gekümmert. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – ruhig und gleichzeitig nah an allem, mit einem traumhaften Blick. Genau das richtige Plätzchen, um abzuschalten und die Atmosphäre von Taghazout zu genießen.

"Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating
Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze.
The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better.

"The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount."

I booked this with Expedia in the United States before I came and got a killer rate for two nights I definitely wish I would have stayed longer but wanted to spend some time in Tagazout as well. But in the perfect world I would next time I return I could easily do one week plus here because of how nice it...

"Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming.
