"They don't tell you when you're booking a room that are no elevator's in the main lodge. Nor do they let you know there no TV'S in the main lodge. Shawn with maintenance was amazing, he carried 99 percent of our things up two flights of stairs. My sister is on oxygen, cound not walk hardly any where. ..."
